We are proud to announce that in our production we manufacture circuit boards for the well-known brand Nord Keyboard, which is manufactured by Clavia DMI AB and distributed both in Europe and in many other countries such as the USA, Japan and Australia.

Since we in our production manufacture motherboards for certain models such as Nord Electro, Nord C2D Organ and Nord Drum as well as several models of panel boards for Stage, Electro, Nord Lead A1 and Nord Piano etc. plus all power boards for Nord Keyboard's various models, it is therefore very likely that when you see a model of Nord Keyboard there are one or more circuit boards manufactured by Mitac Elektronikmontering AB under the shell.

Efficient methods for circuit board assembly

In today's fast-moving electronics industry, efficient methods of circuit board assembly are essential to meet both quality and time-to-market requirements. One of the most widely used methods is Surface Mount Technology (SMT), where components are placed directly on the surface of the PCB. This method has revolutionized the manufacturing process by reducing the size and weight of electronic devices while increasing their performance. SMT also enables a higher degree of automation, leading to increased production efficiency and lower costs.

Another effective approach to circuit board assembly is the use of advanced machines and robots to handle complex assembly processes. These machines can perform tasks with high precision and speed, reducing the risk of errors and increasing production reliability. By integrating these advanced technologies into the production line, companies can achieve higher throughput and shorter lead times, making them competitive in the market.
