How do you contribute to ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality?
– I work based on the customer's needs and always try to solve problems quickly and efficiently. I focus on accuracy and continuous improvements, which in turn increase quality. I also do a thorough final review before the product is sent to the customer.
What are you most proud of having done here ?
– Having put together a good team with openness and a strong team spirit. Together we come up with ideas and improvements that contribute to motivation and well-being – and that strengthens the entire company.
