1. Every project begins with us understanding your idea
Every customer and every product is unique. That is why we always begin the process by familiarizing ourselves with your needs, functional requirements, and technical conditions. The goal is to identify the most effective and sustainable path from idea to finished product, regardless of whether it involves a newly developed design or the further development of an existing solution.
We are happy to get involved early in the design phase to help optimize the product even before manufacturing begins. By reviewing the design from a production technology and logistics perspective, we can help streamline the manufacturing process, simplify testing procedures, and in many cases even reduce costs without compromising on quality.
2. Prototypes quickly, flexibly, and reliably
The prototype stage is crucial for validating the design, testing functionality, and identifying potential improvements before mass production. At Mitac, we can deliver prototype manufacturing of circuit boards in small series quickly, but with the same high quality and repeatability as in full-scale production.
We offer both surface mount technology (SMT) and through-hole technology (THT) in modern production lines, complete with automatic optical inspection (AOI) and solder paste inspection (SPI) systems. This enables short lead times and reliable results, even for technically advanced solutions.
3. Electronics assembly and testing – quality at every stage
Once the prototype has been validated, we take the next step: manufacturing and assembly. We offer flexible assembly, both manual and automated, and adapt the process based on the complexity and volume of the product. Each circuit board is tested according to an agreed test method, which may include visual inspection, functional testing, ICT, or specially adapted jigs. This ensures that you receive a product that works right out of the box.
4. Series production – scalable manufacturing with high delivery reliability
When the product is ready for market, we scale up to series production. We have capacity for both smaller batches and larger volume production while maintaining traceability, quality, and delivery precision.
Our circuit board manufacturing takes place in Bro, just outside Stockholm. This means shorter lead times, more efficient logistics, and easier communication, while also eliminating long transport times, exchange rate risks, and language barriers.
5. Purchasing, material flow, and logistics – we take overall responsibility
We offer complete material handling from component purchasing to finished delivery. Our experienced purchasing team optimizes both cost and availability, and our logistics solution guarantees a smooth and efficient supply chain.
